Do Zaps expire?
No. Zaps from credit packs never expire. They carry over as long as your account is active. Only the monthly allotment included with a paid subscription expires at the end of each billing cycle.
Can I buy Zaps as a gift?
Not yet. We are working on a gift-card flow. In the meantime, you can top up your own account and share access with team members via the Architect plan.
What is the difference between a Zap pack and a subscription?
Zap packs are one-time purchases that never expire — perfect for occasional or project-based work. Subscriptions (Alchemist/Architect) include a monthly allotment of Zaps plus daily free Fast/Standard runs and a discount on overage usage. Most active creators combine both.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund on any credit pack. Open a billing portal session from your account to request a refund.
Do you offer team or enterprise pricing?
Yes. Visit /pricing/enterprise to talk to our team about dedicated GPU clusters, custom model hosting, and seat-based pricing.
